1. Filter circuit

When using CBB capacitors for filtering circuits, we need to know the following parameters: how much dc voltage is VDC, how much ripple voltage is VAC, how much ripple frequency is HZ, and how much ripple current is mA.


2. Suppress battery power interference circuit

Generally, the capacitance of X2 and Y1 is more used in this circuit.


3. Resonant circuit

In ac circuits with resistance R, inductance L, and capacitance C elements, the voltage at both ends of the circuit is generally different from the current phase. If we adjust the parameters of circuit elements (L or C) or the power frequency, they can be equal in phase and the whole circuit presents pure resistance. This state of the circuit is called resonance. At resonance, the total impedance of the circuit reaches or approximates the extreme value.


When the CBB capacitor is applied to this circuit, we need to know the following parameters: how much resonant frequency HZ; How much VAC voltage is on the capacitor end; Capacity error; Current; Overall dimensions; Foot distance and ambient temperature, etc.


4. Resistance capacity voltage reducing circuit

This circuit is the most widely used circuit in the LED lighting industry at present. In the resistance capacity reduction scheme, the film capacitor is the most important key component. Its life length and performance directly affect the life of the LED lamp.


The following parameters need to be understood when applying CBB capacitors to resistance capacitance step-down circuits: use voltage (mains) 220VAC (230VAC) or 110 (120) VAC.


CBB capacitors are heavily used in analog circuits. Especially in the intersections of signals, capacitors with good frequency characteristics and extremely low dielectric loss must be used to ensure that there is not too much distortion in the transmission of signals. High dielectric constant, small volume, large capacity, good stability, suitable for bypass capacitance. Polypropylene film has low dielectric loss and high insulation resistance, but high temperature coefficient can be used in high frequency circuits.
